The slaughtering is done according to international standards.
The slaughtered chickens are cooled down immediately by use of a water chiller. After that, the carcasses are putted in the cold stores as soon as possible. The meat will stay for 1 night on the carcass before it is being packed. By working according a standard like this we can ensure a closed cool chain.
